About

I’ve spent nine years inside the systems I now audit.

Not observing from an agency. Building — the functions, the lifecycles, the reporting leadership actually reads. That’s the difference between advice and evidence.

The pattern: build the function that didn’t exist yet

Several times over my career I’ve built, rebuilt, and evolved the operations functions revenue teams run on. At ScreenCloud I was Senior Manager, Marketing Operations — and when the company created a RevOps function, I helped build it while continuing to run MOps. At Syncron, a global B2B SaaS company, I built and led the Marketing Operations function, which has since merged into a unified RevOps team.

Building them from the inside teaches you something audits from the outside never can: where systems actually break. Not in the CRM settings — in the handoffs. The MQL definition nobody re-agreed after the ICP changed. The routing rule from three admins ago. The attribution model everyone quietly corrects in a spreadsheet before the board meeting.

Along the way I’ve run marketing and revenue stacks across a range of tools — my deepest work in HubSpot and HubSpot + Salesforce, and the wider GTM tooling around them (enrichment, routing, analytics and outreach) — through migrations, integrations, and re-architectures; designed lead lifecycles that both marketing and sales signed; and more recently built AI-enabled ops workflows that do in hours what used to take a team-week.

Today I split my time between leading MOps at Syncron, serving as Head of Revenue Operations at SignalForge — an AI-native GTM consultancy — and offering a small number of Pipeline Leak Audit slots to B2B SaaS teams. Deliberately small: no bench, no juniors, no handoffs.
