Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Wise Dove Ltd, the consulting entity of Emmanuel Ohuruogu. Wise Dove Ltd is registered in England and Wales (company number 12771214), registered office 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@ohuruogu.com.

2. What we collect and why

  • Enquiry and booking details — name, work email, company, and your message, when you submit the enquiry form or book a call. Legal basis: legitimate interest (responding to a request you initiated) and, where an engagement follows, contract.
  • Usage analytics — anonymised page and traffic data via Google Analytics 4, only after cookie consent. Legal basis: consent.
  • CRM records — enquiry and meeting data is stored in HubSpot, which acts as our processor.

We do not buy data, sell data, or run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

3. Cookies

Essential cookies run without consent. Functional resources such as the booking scheduler and the code that serves it may load so the site works, but are not used for analytics. Analytics and marketing storage — Google Analytics and HubSpot analytics — is enabled only after you accept it via the consent banner and stays denied until you do, and you can withdraw consent at any time through the banner’s settings link in the footer.

4. Where your data lives and how long

Data is processed in HubSpot and Google Analytics, which may involve transfers outside the UK under their standard contractual safeguards. Enquiry records are kept for 24 months after last contact unless an engagement is active; client engagement records are kept for six years to meet accounting obligations.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing — email hello@ohuruogu.com and we’ll respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

6. Client data during audits

During a Pipeline Leak Audit, access to client CRM data is read-only, governed by the engagement agreement, restricted to the audit’s purpose, and revoked when the engagement ends. Client data is never used in published material without written permission and anonymisation.

7. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be dated at the top of this page.
